Privacy notice
This page describes, in plain language, the only two ways this website collects any information: basic visitor analytics, and the contact form. It doesn't cover Airbnb — once you follow a “Book on Airbnb” link, you're on Airbnb's site under Airbnb's own privacy policy.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service. It doesn't use cookies or any persistent identifier, and it doesn't try to identify individual visitors. What it does record, in aggregate: which pages and properties are viewed, roughly how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine or social media, or directly), an approximate country and region derived from your connection at the time of your visit, and general device and browser category (for example, “mobile, Safari” rather than anything more specific). It also records when a “Book on Airbnb” button is clicked (and which property) and when the contact form is submitted, so we know which pages are actually driving interest. None of this is tied to your name, email address, or exact location, and full IP addresses are not stored. This data isn't published anywhere on this site or in its source code — it's only visible to us, in a private dashboard.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email, phone number (if given), and message you enter are sent to us via Netlify Forms and used only to reply to your enquiry. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't share it with anyone else.
